Operating the Advent system will be much like operating a package delivery system delivering satellites and other payloads to earth orbit much like the airlines deliver intercontinentally. No new technology is required. The use of existing technology and the corresponding components that are in commercial production keeps the cost of construction down and improves relaibility. The use of low cost propellant and ocean operations keeps the operating cost down.
