Test Results

So far test results on the prototype aerodynamic model and ANSARI X PRIZE system have been very encouraging.

The propulsion system for the ANSARI X PRIZE vehicle passed the cryogenic nitrogen tests and was successfully static fired. If the negotiations with Stennis are not successful, Advent will set up a test facility that is certified and able to reduce the perceived liability. This will facilitate commercial delivery of liquid methane and liquid oxygen at minimal cost.

The propulsion system is ready for continued tune-up operations. After propulsion system verification is complete, work will begin on the vehicle structure.

Flight test plans of the full scale, operational hardware include extensive testing to demonstrate that the system is fully operational and safe.
